The remanufacturing process includes, but is not limited to:

Replacement of all consumables such as bearings and seals.

Renewal of all coatings and re-meshing.

Screw repair encompasses profile and shaft shoulder inspection and restoration, including dynamic balancing, concentricity, and meshing clearance checks.

Refurbishment of screw shaft extensions and gearbox shaft extensions.

Inspection and repair of the housing and bearing seats, including the concentricity and center distance of the compression chamber inner wall, exhaust end face, bearing holes, and screw holes.

Final assembly and testing: Test items include air end vibration, exhaust volume, exhaust pressure & temperature, and power consumption.

Application of new paint and packaging.

Provision of a certificate of conformity or maintenance and test report.

Provision of live broadcasts or video materials for buyer verification.

Support for on-site acceptance.
